Thanks to their very low self-discharge rate, the batteries will retain up to 85% of their charge after 1 year in storage. They can also be recharged up to 500 times.

The BQ-CC17 Charger features an automatic shut-off function that kicks in once the batteries have been fully replenished, in order to prevent overcharging. It runs on 100-240 VAC power to enable use all over the world, and features a retractable, 2-prong North American plug for an outlet.
